Project Management
Dovebrace recognise that project management is the key to success on all contracts, large or small. Our internal structure enables our clients objective of completing a project on time and within budget to be fulfilled.
Project managers have full responsibility for their projects, and have access to a back up team containing , supervisors, technicians and a flexible workforce comprising of air conditioning engineers, controls engineers, electricians, sheet metal fabricators, plumbers and fitters/welders.
Effective co-ordination and communication of all trades including sub-contractors is considered fundamental to completing a successful project for our clients. We can therefore offer our client a service of tasking all areas of the project operations, inclusive of planning, communication and implementation to an agreed programme of works.
